New Zealand Pipe Band Championships 2026 – Registration Form
Please note that following submission of this registration form, you will be invoiced for the cost of entry. The entry fees are:
- Graded bands = $301 (ex GST), $346.15 (incl GST)
- College bands = $151 (ex GST), 173.65 (incl GST)
- Juvenile bands = $75 (ex GST) and $86 (incl GST)
All bands are required to submit March, Strathspey and Reel and Medley sets. Grade 1 and 2 bands are required to submit two March, Strathspey and Reel sets to be drawn on the line. If you are registering a juvenile band, you are only required to submit a Juvenile set.
The playing requirements for each grade are available in our National Contest rules.
Once entries have closed, your band entry will be merged with membership records from the RNZPBA online database, then emailed to you for proofing. A limited allowance of time will be made for edits to be returned, before the final details are compiled for inclusion in the official contest programme. Spot checks at the Nationals to ensure records are correct and correct subscriptions and capitations have been made may be undertaken, so it is important to ensure your database entry is accurate – including those who may play at the Nationals.
Reminder – all bands requiring Playing Up dispensations must apply for those on entry as well.
