Recorded over three days in December 2025, the album explores the deep connection between Scottish traditional music and the contemporary renaissance occurring in New Zealand with more and more young people choosing to play the bagpipes and drums. The accompanying artists on the album are all emerging Kiwi musicians, who have personal connections to the piping and drumming movement in Aotearoa New Zealand.
““Bound by Sound’ is a unique musical journey exposing raw Kiwi talent.”
