Steven Shedden (Hawthorn Pipe Band) was the overall winner of the RNZPBA New Zealand Solo Drumming Championships, and won the RSPBA Oceania Adult MSR, in which the first four finishers qualify to compete in the semi-final of the World Solo Snare Drumming Championship in Glasgow this October.
