We are excited to announce the New Zealand Pipe Band Championships for 2024 will be held at the Onewa Domain on Auckland’s North Shore on Friday 15th and Saturday 16th March 2024
CONTEST VENUE
Onewa Domain
Corner Northcote Road and Akoranga Drive
Northcote, Auckland’s North Shore
STREET MARCH LOCATION
Takapuna Town Centre. The Street March will be held on Saturday morning down the main street of Takapuna.
BANDS
Band entries will become available in the latter half of 2023.
BUS TRANSPORT
For bus and coach transport, we have partnered up with Ritchies, a well-known New Zealand company. They have a strong pipe band connection originally starting out in Temuka.
Their main depot is close by in Albany, so buses will be able to drop bands off, then park at the depot reducing the issue of extended driver hours.
